What are the fees?​

Fees are configured by the Home Office.

  • Tangible Fees: Tangible charges a Transaction Fee to Buyers, typically ranging from 1-2% (subject to a minimum).

What about K-1s and Tax Reporting?​

  • Seller: Receives a final K-1 from the fund.
  • Buyer: Receives a K-1 from the fund moving forward.
  • Taxes: Each party is responsible for their own taxes.
