General Platform Overview
What is Liquidity Hub?
Liquidity Hub is a technology solution that enables Wealth Managers and General Partners (GPs) to establish an internal secondary market for private equity, private credit, and other illiquid assets. It centralizes the entire liquidity workflow—from origination and price discovery to execution and closing—providing a structured, compliant, and transparent liquidity program.

The process remains non-binding for both parties until the final legal documents are signed.
Who are the buyers?
Institutional Secondary Funds
Tangible has onboarded over 120 institutional secondary buyers (including Pantheon, Coller Capital, Kline Hill, Warana, and many others).
Internal Matching
In the near future, Tangible will enable clients within your own ecosystem to acquire stakes on the platform. For the time being, please direct any prospective buyers to Tangible for manual onboarding and categorization.
